Tyrell's room

Off street parking is up a small bill but it keeps the unwanted away from your car. The house is pretty much furnished. I have one room for rent and one room I reserve for my daughter when she visits. CCSU is literally 1-2 mins away. I pay most of the bills, just in need of a little help.

I AM NOT RENTING OUT MULTIPLE OCCUPANTS TO ONE ROOM. Downstairs neighbors are very nice and hip. They don’t complain about anything. I work a regular 9-5. Planning on going back to CCSU next year. I’m not around too many ppl because of Covid. I make sure the property is secure and comfortable. Im older and easy to get along with. 420 is ok. I play video games,work out and mind my business. I have a clean criminal record.
