Laguna Honda Boulevard

We live in a spacious 5 bedroom house. It has plenty of natural light, spacious and comfortable common areas, a modern kitchen, backyard, deck, and basement with plenty of space for a workshop. The house itself is full of plants and art.

There are 2 rooms. One for $1,040 / month, and the other for $1,016 / month. One has a private bath.

The house is in Forest Hill, a quiet, clean, residential neighborhood. 30 minutes to downtown SF via Muni. Short walk from lots of wonderful trails like Mount Davidson and Glen Park.

We are 3 men between 25 and 30. We’re software engineers by profession, with wide ranging interests including dancing, making art, mindfulness, outdoor adventures, gardening, yoga, playing music. We like to cook, hang out in common areas, and generally keep a welcoming home. We don’t think of ourselves as a capital C co-op, but we do like to spend time with each other, including weekly house dinners and occasional movies or games.
