Nicole's room

Hello I am moving out of my apartment at the end of December and am looking for someone new to move in starting January 1st. If more convenient I could possibly move out earlier in December. It is a great apartment located on 5th and Grand, rent is $1,182. It is about a 2 min walk to the Acme and about a 15 min walk to the PATH and there is a bus stop about 2 min away. There is central air and heating along with a washer and dryer in the unit. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate, we’ve never had any problems sharing and then the girl in the master bedroom has her own private bathroom. The room is very spacious I currently have a queen size bed and there is still lots of room. The closet is also very large as well. I am selling my dresser, desk and night stand if interested. The current roommates there are two young women, one 30 and the other 24. Both work during the week from 9-5. They are both very friendly and easy to get a long with and love a good wine night! I am looking for females only to fill the room.
