About the room
Large furnished room with available in a 3 bedroom 2 bath house approximately 0.7 miles from the Hermosa Beach Pier. This is NOT an apartment. It is located at PCH and 10th street and across the street from Trader Joes. There is ample street parking and LOTS of garage space available for storage, including space for surfboards and bikes. The home is occupied by myself and my wife. The home and bedrooms are completely furnished. Washer/Dryer use is included. Utilities are included in the monthly rate.
We are looking for a short term or long term tenant that works out of the home and is looking for a clean and comfortable room. For those without transportation, the bus stops within 1 minute from the house.
