Beautiful two bed two bath condo located in RSM, CA. W/D right outside your bedroom door. RSM is a great little town with everything within walking distance. We went out to pick Sage the other day from one of the local hiking trails.

I’m a hippie. A responsible hippie who likes to have fun. I work in finance. I play guitar, write and sing. All I ask of you is you pay rent on time and have mutual respect in our sphear of consciousness. You must be chill. Watch a movie until 2am, cook, drink (Your own alcohol or replace mine), have someone stay over if you want. I don’t care. As long as they have their own place.
