Overall great area, you’ll see people walking around or children playing outside. Other roommates are military, we have a pretty early work schedule and keep to ourselves, once in a while you’ll find us gathered in the kitchen talking and sharing.

No pets, Non-smoking. Available for short and long term. The room is unfurnished, but has a twin bed frame and mattress, ceiling fan and walk in closet. The house is brand new located within a newly developed subdivision. The living and dining areas will be available for your use as well as the kitchen.

Rent is due on the 1st of the month unless otherwise discussed. Utilities are water, electricity and trash, are all not included in the rental price. Due at move in: 875.00 which includes a 150.00 refundable security deposit.
