The room can quite easily fit a queen/king size bed and two night tables or a a couple dressers. A large closet space can accommodate you and your clothing needs

All new appliances have been installed into the the house and discussions can be had if you have an electric vehicle that needs to be charged. Spacious kitchen with a large walk in pantry are available as well.

The master bedroom may be available upon further discussion. Washer and dryer are also available with a nearby laundromat as well.

Room for a 55/60“ wall mounted tv is also available. You will have your own full bathroom adjoining your room with a tile floor. Real wood shutters have also been installed into the room and throughout the house.

Only a 10 minute walk to South Hayward Bart makes it ideal for commuters to get to any part of The Bay. Access to all the major freeways (880, 580, 101) within minutes of the house including close access to all the bridges ( Dumbarton, San Mateo, Bay Bridge)

Perfect for students who study in the area, only 10 minutes away from CSUEB

Additionally the community is very quiet and peaceful with running/walking paths and parks throughout the community, a home gym at your disposal and plenty of food options nearby to meet your needs.

This place is very comfortable and must be seen to appreciate all the wonderful things, small and big!

I’m a healthcare professional and student currently. I love a clean house as well, so keeping the house clean and tidy is a priority for myself.

I’m very courteous, aware, and respectful of others and their needs and will accommodate within reason. There will be no other renters in this house.
