Emily's room

This is a private bedroom that is part of a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment at The Summit in University City. This apartment building is conveniently located between Drexel and Penn’s campuses, and also close to 30th street station. There are 3 other females currently living in the apartment, so female applicants only will be accepted. All utilities are included in the monthly rent, and there is an in unit washer and dryer.

All of the roomates living here are currently students at Drexel University. Everyone is very neat and courteous of each other’s space.
