Currently looking for a cleanly roommate who is interested in living in a classic Bushwick loft with two very laid back post-grads. We both work full time jobs in the marketing industry and are very responsible and tidy. We like to hang out in the living room, are inviting and always open to making new friends! The loft has very high ceilings and a lot of natural light that really provides an energetic and positive atmosphere. The apartment has an air conditioning unit, is fully furnished, and has an unbelievable roof with an amazing New York skyline! We live in a very unique part of Bushwick, across from the famous Roberta’s pizza and near many exciting music venues, cafes, and parks. Looking for male roommate (20s - early 30s) to move into the 3rd bedroom of a 3BR/ 1 Bath Apt.

About Apartment and building:

• Loft with high ceilings
• Large windows with natural light
• A/C unit in living room (monthly fee for A/C but no charge for usage)
• Kitchen: full-sized appliances, lots of cabinet space,
• Living room: furnished with television, rug, dining room table and two couches.
• Bathroom: Separate space for toiletries
• Laundry and trash: main floor of building
• Rooftop: Beautiful NYC Skyline, Grills, Wooden deck with picnic table, party lights

About current roommates:

• Both in early 20s. Originally from Eerie, PA and Charleston, SC. Attended Wake Forest University (class of 2015) and College of Charleston (class of 2016). In and out of the apartment and whenever out, make a point to try out new restaurants and bars throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn.
• Both drink socially
• Both of us have lived with many people so we are mindful of keeping the place tidy and organized.

Bushwick and area in general:
