Hi Everyone! My name is Tatiana and I am looking for one roommates to fill in my three-bedroom townhouse apartment in union city/weehawken area on February 1st. The apartment is in a very convenient location 15 minutes from the city( which is a great thing if you work in the city like I do ) , 5 minutes away from the bus stop and light rail, 10 minutes away from the ferry and 20 minutes away from EWR airport. We are close to all types of restaurants and department stores. The street is very quiet and always cleaned by the Union City workers.

About the room: The room are spacious enough to put a queen-size bed with a dressers and even a night stand. This room comes with a great size closet. Central heating/cooling. You will share a bathroom with the other roommate. We also have our own washer, dryer, and dishwasher in the unit which is amazing !!!

You: Age, culture, and religion is not an issue, but I do respect and understand each other’s personal beliefs and space. This will include, not being loud and not bringing parties to the house. I have been living here for about 2 years. I would like to have roommates that like to hang out with each other and not locked up in the room like a hermit crab lol, I don’t mind living with someone who is quiet and to themselves at times just as long as they are positive people. I value a peaceful, clean, and respectful living environment. My old roommates and I all take turns cleaning the house. So looking for someone who has the same values and is willing to contribute. But also if interested we can talk about a maid service if you are not too comfortable about cleaning.( ONLY SINGLE PERSON PER ROOM SORRY NO COUPLES OR CHILDREN)

February 1st the room is available $850 per month. So if you are interested just need first month and last month to move in. Ultils range around ($65-$75) per month depending on the season.

A little bit about Us.

Tatiana -I am an Office Manager in NYC, works Mon-Fri and weekends off, love the gym, cooking, watching movies, football, UFC and any chance to enjoy an event/outdoor activities I am all about. I like to go out and enjoy time with my friends, on certain football nights I will have my friends over to watch the games, but nothing too crazy beer and pizza type vibes.

Sid- My lovely other roommate. Just turn 30! Currently working on his PHD. Works Mon- Fri as well. Very friendly loves to cook and enjoys hanging out in our living room enjoying a cheese platter and watching movies together.
