I have an unfurnished room for rent in my duplex. It is 11’x10.5’ with built-in closet/storage that is 2.5’ deep taking up an entire wall. There is an AC unit for the room. This room comes with a parking spot (single-car garage). Use of bathroom, kitchen, living space, patio, and washer/dryer (not coin-operated) are included. The living space and patio are furnished.
About the roomies
Your roommate would be a 21 year old male who isn’t home from 6AM-6PM M-F. I am looking for someone who is friendly, responsible, can communicate, respects the neighbors, reasonably quiet, clean, and most importantly can afford this room.
