Please apply qualify either with a guarantor, self-qualify, or prepayment.
Amenities include: pool, student center with WIFI, gym, and yoga studio.
Application fee is $25 and there is a security deposit of $250 which is refundable
Unit is fully furnished and there is 24/7 on site staff and maintenance as well as evening courtesy patrol.
Total cost is $939; $899 for bedroom and $40 flat rate utility. Utilities include gas, water, electric, sewage, trash.
