The property is generally peaceful. I’ve lived on it for maybe 6 years with hardly any annoyance from neighbors. Property owners are making improvements. You’ll have access to use the common areas of the apartment with me. There is a balcony off of the living room that overlooks parking lot and busy Murfreesboro Pike. Super convenient to fast food, Longhorn Steakhouse, auto repair, Briley Parkway, grocery, minutes from airport, minutes from downtown Nashville, and busline (the 55) is right out front of the apartment.

Love to keep the apartment tidy and stylish. We dont have to be friends but we must not be enemies. Trust and respect for each other is key. I’m pretty easy to get along with.
