About the apartment: Walking distance: We are 10 mins away from Japantown. 10 mins from City Hall. 15 mins from Civic Center Bart station. 17 mins from Powell Bart station.
Driving distance: 3 mins from Civic Center. 5 mins from Chinatown. 5 mins from Powell Station. 10 mins from Dolores Park. 10 mins from Golden Gate Park. 10 mins from Pier 39. 10 mins from multiple freeways (80, 101, 280) 15 mins from UCSF. 15 mins from CCSF.
We are located on Polk st with lots of bars and restaurants nearby, (nightlife used to be a lot of fun!) we’re hopeful things will open back up soon.
Location is Post Street and Polk Street. Building has coin operated washers and dryers, along with a security gate. Parking passes are available for $250/month or street parking is free after 6pm!
About the room: The room has hanging shelves, a full sliding door closet and 2 big windows overlooking downtown!

About the roomies
About the roommates: Roommate 1: She is a 26 year old grad student getting her doctorate in clinical psychology. She enjoys listening to music, watching t.v., cooking, game nights, dancing, hiking, exploring new locations, and shopping.
Roommate 2: He is an Accountant studying for exams so lots of time is given to that. When possible he enjoys traveling and finding new places to eat.
We are both pretty mellow, down to earth people looking for a chill person to join us. We are 420 and LGBTQIA friendly. (:
