One Room remaining at $200 per week or $775 per month. Room include all utilities, cable and internet, full furnished room queen size bed. No private bathroom but there are three bathrooms. Males only no couples or children!

There is a none refundable move in deposit and incidental fee of $200. It’s to cover cleaning and damages when ever you move out.

The rooms are move in ready. House rules can be discuss on viewing.
