Green Valley Ranch* Located in a gated community off of Carniege and cozy hill that is 3 bedroom 2 bath 2000 sqft home. Room is approx 14x13 and there is a private bathroom.The room is furnished or can be in furnished with a queen bed, 5 drawer dresser and a matching 2 drawer nightstand a ceiling fan w/ lights. You have full kitchen privileges w/ space in fridge and freezer. The house is decorated very nice and I am very clean.there is space in my garage to park your car.I will not be renting the other room as I only want one Roomate.

Just me and I am 50 with 2 cats. One is 16 years old and stays in my bedroom, the other one is very friendly and 1 year old. I don’t smoke or do drugs. I am self employed and quiet but very friendly and outgoing. I don’t mind if you are 420 friendly. Room is for 2 months or month to month.
