About the room
We have a sunlit, 1 furnished bedroom in a 3 bed, 1 bathroom apartment. This unit is available for Otober 15th For $1065. Utilities are included in the price (Heat, Hot Water and Wifi). This sublease would be till June 2022 with the chance to sign onto the lease. The room comes with a queen sized bed, bookshelf, and 5 dresser drawer, that you can keep or throw out; up to you. I am allergic to animal hair so no pets.
In our apartment we have -A balcony overlooking Marcus Garvey Park -lots of storage space throughout the apartment, including a storage closet for suit cases and a linen closest. -3 min walk away from the 4,5,6 train on Lexington and 125th or a -10 min walk away from the 2,3 on 125th and Malcom X. -Laundry in building on the first floor -24/7 security with safe key fob entrance dishwasher -his and her sinks in the bathroom so multiple people can get ready at the same time -4 working elevators throughout the building -personal thermostats per room
About the roomies
I am a woman in my mid 20’s. I, Emily, work as a General Manager at a restaurant in FiDi. I am usually at work but when I have days off I love to enjoy the apartment and take care of my plants. I am fully vaccinated but still wear a mask at work just in case. Due to COVID we would also like to keep the space as safe as possible with limiting the amount of guests that come in and out of the apartment.
