ISO roommate for December 1st move in. Rent is $620 a month all bills paid with $400 dollar deposit—this Keeps life simpler. Rent is due on the first, and LATE BY THE 3rd. RENT includes a maid service for the common areas once a month. Your room can be included individually for $30 more. We are located off of Frate Barker in Deep South Austin. We are close to South Austin beer garden, Giddy ups and Moontower.

Preferably no more pets we have 2 cats and a 13 year old dog in the house. We might make an exception with pet deposit depending on the animal(we are open minded people). If things work and everyone clicks you could be invited to be on the lease for the next year and half. We do need a roommate rental agreement to be signed—we’ve been left high and dry by people before.

The house is a 5 bedroom 3 bath 2800sq home with two livingrooms, one being upstairs. All the rooms are big with walk in closets. You’d be sharing the bathroom with Mtume and Trisha(two awesome people). We also provide all the soaps and paper products for everyone to use. (Paper towels,TP, dish soap,laundry detergent, ect)

The room is LARGE with a Walk in closet.

We are looking for someone who knows how to live in a community house, and Someone who is present, responsible, and respectful. We like to have fun and be silly. Also, we enjoy our animals and watch too much tv. We enjoy having family meals and would love for you to participate and interact—420 friendly (cigarettes are okay but only outside)This house really feels like a home and I’d like to keep that vibe going. Ideally you’re in your late 20s to early 30s, laid back yet responsible, self sufficient, considerate of others and their belongings, communicative and responsive, take initiative to clean, and are excited to get to know your roommates! Bonus points if you are a plant parent!

I’m a LMT in Westlake. I have a horse in Kyle, and two cats—Percy, who is inside/outside, and Cracker is who is strictly inside. I’m the ‘mom’ of the house. Need something let me know and I’ll try my best.

Alex is a pilot and a college student at Texas state. He owns Ghost who has kidney issues, but is a sweet senior dog who loves everyone and very good with pets.

Trisha is a Pre K teacher at UT. She’s is from Austin with all her friends and family here. She’s pretty quiet and clean. Fun Spunky lady. She’s gone a lot on the weekends to hang out with her BF.

Mtume moved in with us in May. He works overnights at HEB. Super cool guy laid back and chill.
