I have a private room and private bathroom for rent. The room has a walk in closet as well. The location is near Del Paso Rd and Truxel Rd. Great neighborhood and clean apartment on the bottom floor. There is currently a couple occupying the room so it won’t be available until December 20th. Non-refundable deposit.

I’m a student at UC Davis and looking to go back to my job with the state in the new year. I have one small-medium dog. It’s just me and my dog so I’m open to families and couples and anyone with a pet as long as our pets get along :) As this will be your home too, you are welcome to have visitors. Must be LGBTQIA friendly and 420 friendly. I will admit I am one of those people who does laundry at 1 AM and plays music loudly when I clean so if that bothers you it may not be a fit otherwise I get along well with everyone!

Split PG&E and SMUD. I have cable and include all movie channels, and have an upgraded fast WiFi, if you’d like to take advantage of those we can split that cost as well. No credit check or rental history or any of that needed, in exchange, no late payments of rent will be acceptable for any reason, ever. Room is available December 20th but won’t charge rent until January 1st. Deposit and rent required before move in.
