Fully remodeled 3bed-2bath house. The room for rent is 10’ x 10’. Renter can pick out new paint colors if they wish and I will paint the room, new ceiling fan, bamboo floors throughout the house, there is no Carpet Anywhere which I like because you can actually clean the floor completely. and that helps keep the House clean. Full kitchen and island to use with your own storage. Renter has the hall bathroom to themselves and I expect it to be kept clean. There is some storage space in the garage available. There is parking for one vehicle in the driveway available. The backyard is in the process of being re-landscaped. The Bamboo grove and the koi pond are Being Updated.

My name is Kyle. I’m small business owner Working in the field and at the home office. I love music and I don’t mind noise or company over, the only thing that I ask is that the renter cleans up after themselves and helps to maintain the house inside and out. I’ve never hired a cleaning service or yard maintenance. I expect the renter to help out, for example: if walking by the trash, one notices that the trash is full, then just take out the trash and put a new bag in the can. seems like common sense right? well… everyone is special in their own unique way :) If they can do that then they can use the house as if it were their own.
