It’s a quiet, charming, spacious 800 sq ft space on the second floor of a well-maintained townhouse (14 steps up from ground floor entrance). I’m a mid 40s professional who spends most of my time these days in upstate NY. Am neat, clean, easy going and relatively normal! :)
