Hillside Street

My roommate and I are looking for a long term 3rd roommate for our 3 bedroom apartment in Mission Hill. The room has a closet and a window which outlooks the street. The apartment has fully furnished shared living spaces including a living room, dining room, full size bathroom, kitchen, pantry, and sun room for storage. The apartment is less than a 5 minute walk from the MBTA Green line, 66 bus stop, 39 bus stop, and a 10 minute was to the nearest Orange line station. The apartment is also close walking distance to the nearest grocery store, restaurants, post office, etc. Most amenities are within a stone’s throw away. The street has ample resident parking since most people in the neighborhood use public transportation. The room is available for move in now!

We are both working professionals. I have an engineering/technical background and my roommate is a hospital administrator. We both work long hours, so the apartment tends to be pretty quiet during the day. We do our best to keep the shared living spaces clean and make sure that the apartment always has basic necessities (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc.). We see maintaining the apartment as a team effort and would expect any new roommate to do their part as well.
