WiFi is top Comcast speed for streaming and gaming, free to tenant! Neighborhood is quiet, walking distance from school. Great sunset views from bench in front yard and back, not too many places to get these views, many cars pull over to take pictures during sunset. Cleaning service Monthly. Room has bed, fridge and tv with roku.
