This beautiful apartment has a central location in Fort Collins. You will be walking distance to a bus stop, by car 5 minutes away from CSU, Spring Creek trail, and Rolland Moore Park. This apartment is ground floor with an attached one car garage, a modern updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a spacious dining/living area, a den for common use, 2 porches, 3 total bedrooms, and 2 total bathrooms. Each roommate would have their own bedroom with a window looking out and a walk in closet! You will have a shared bathroom, but still have your own sink! Washer and dryer are included in the unit. On top of the lovely apartment, you will have access to the clubhouse which includes a gym, sauna, coffee bar, swimming pool, hot tube, theater room, and an office! Sorry, but no more pets! Deposit per person will be $300, rent will be $650 a month plus utilities. According to Fort Collins law, we can only have 3 unrelatedtotal people. I look forward to hearing from you!
