Allison's room

I am looking for another roommate to fill the remaining unfurnished room in my condo. The room measures 10x11 and comes with a sliding mirror closet. Condo is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath unit with a front and back porch area and attic for extra storage.

Condo features: -Walking distance to Walnut Creek Bart (8 min walk I make daily) and Downtown: great for commuters

• Heating and AC
• New firepit and outdoor seating on the back patio area
• Kitchen includes keurig, soda stream, pots/pans/plates/kitchen-aid mixer
• Fireplace -Wireless Internet Access and Comcast with channels, apple tv downstairs as well
• Furnished Living Areas
• Community Pool
• Utility Bills/Internet/Cable included in rent

We are open to small/medium quiet animals since we have them as well.

FYI currently upgrading the floors from old laminate and carpet to luxury vinyl throughout the condo (including tenant rooms). Remodel expected to start downstairs in the next week or two and shouldn’t take long. I’m willing to pro-rate if move-in is by December 1 or even after remodel is finished. This room will also have a new ceiling fan installed.

Details about me: I’, 32, work in Biotech currently WFH. I love trying recipes and watching TV with the occasional glass of wine. We’re pretty into fitness/health in this household so we often do a workout class fairly soon after work. Due to the recent COVID crisis, we’ve upped our crafting and cooking so if you have any projects you want to try with me, I’m down. I also have two kitties which mainly stay in my room, one occasionally comes downstairs but tends to avoid my roommate’s dog in general.
