Unfurnished Room upstairs in 4bdr. townhome. Has dishwasher, wifi, cable, washer and dryer. Smoking is allowed on the patio only. We are party people but very respectful of your quiet time when requested. There also a room furnished available 450 and unfurnished 400/month
About the roomies
There are 3 ppl dwelling. My fiance and I downstairs and a room mate upstairs. Everyone works and we honestly never even see the room mate. We have very little to no company and really don’t allow too much traffic.
