First thing: Household tends to be clothing optional. (If you’ve never been to Haulover beach or in a clothing optional situation this won’t be the place for you) Room can be rented furnished or unfurnished. House has Large private yard and with the hot summers in South Florida, skinny dipping and sunbathing is the norm around here! House is kept clean, and because of dogs is vacuumed several times a week. Other things to know: Outdoor shower, gas grill, generator for hurricane season, hurricane windows/doors, parking for one car, well equipped kitchen. Wifi internet, cable TV included. You will be expected to either buy your own (or share cost) for cleaning supplies, toiletries, laundry soap etc.

Background check and Signed lease /roommate agreement required.

Its me and 2 medium sized dogs (Amstaff bully mixes) Pretty routine household, I work 8-5 , weekends off and the dogs are pretty set on a schedule also! Summertime is spent in yard by pool and keeping up with landscaping. I smoke cigarettes outdoor only, drink occasionally. I’m not into 420 and need same for housemate. I have occasional pool parties in summer and I don’t mind if housemate entertains occasionally. I am always doing small home improvement jobs around the house but they aren’t disruptive.
