Putnam Avenue

It’s a private, sunlit room with a walk-in closet, window, and AC/heating unit. The apartment is a duplex with 2 bathrooms and an entrance on each level. There is an in-house washer and dryer, roof access, and it’s right by the Forest Ave M stop. A walk away from Myrtle Ave, Seneca Ave, and Bushwick. There is plenty of good food in the area, a grocery store around the corner, and everything else you need within walking distance!

We are a group of friendly individuals (he/him x3, she/her x2) in our mid-20s looking for someone to fill the room that is seeking a place to be able to feel at home in! Our occupations vary from students, retail and office managers, and chefs. Our schedules vary with some of us going into work as early as 7am and coming back from work as late as 2am so we all respect each others’ space and comfort by communication and common courtesy. Our hobbies include playing video games, cooking, reading, and watching movies. We are a social household but we also definitely take into consideration everyone’s need for peace and comfort in our own home! We do already have a few pets in the apartment so unfortunately we cannot accept any more. We share two bathrooms- one on each floor, and a kitchen on the main floor so with all the shared amenities we all make sure to pull our own weight around the house to make it as clean and tidy as often as possible!
