Carl's room

This is an early posting as it won’t be available until mid to late April. I am installing new carpet and will add updated pics post installation.

Renting a private unfurnished room in a house. It is a 12’x11’ den with a large bay window, private side entrance door, private bathroom with large walk in shower. Has laundry units. Rent includes all utilities. This room has a door that leads to the shared kitchen. Has baseboard heat and central AC. Plenty of parking space. Extra storage available in basement. Start date may need to be a little flexible as I am getting a new carpet installed early April.

Currently only myself living here with a cat and small dog. I’m a 33 year old white male analyst for a company over in KoP. Introverted and a bit quiet. Hobbies include gardening and video games.
