Hello! I have a medium-sized private bedroom for a female tenant that is available now. The apartment has a total of 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and is located in East Harlem. The bedroom has a lot of natural light with 2 big windows, a good-sized closet, and enough space for a queen or double bed if preferred. There is plenty of space on the walls should you wish to hang anything. The apartment has a spacious living room and kitchen. We also have an extra closet in the living room for additional storage. We also have an in-unit washer and dryer (!) which is a rare find in NYC. The super lives on-site and is very friendly. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the building. The apartment is fully furnished. All roommates are female - young professionals in their 20s. I’ve lived in the apartment for 5 years so it’s ideal for long-term tenants!
