I am the aunt (Stacy) of one of the current roomies (Shae- shown in profile photo), who is occupying one of the three bedrooms. They are gender NB, early twenties, recent college grad, working full time. A second roomie occupies second bedroom, she is a female 22 year-old student. We are looking to rent the third bedrooms to a same-age-ish roomie, Female or Gender NB, tidy and responsible to share chores. Roomies do not smoke cigarettes and would prefer another non-smoker. Cannabis OK. LGBTQ+ all good.
