All the shared spaces come furnished, with a washer, dryer, and gym in the basement. There is on-site parking with specific instructions to fit everyone’s cars. The room has an adjacent half bath, and down the hall is a shared full tub/shower bathroom combo. Females only, no pets please (allergies). References will be requested.
About the roomies
We are all college students who enjoy conversations and laughter. Chores are split between us, and everyone is expected to clean up after themselves. We all pitch in to keep the common areas clean. Communication from everyone is necessary, as it is vital to peacefully living together.
