I am looking to rent out the remainder of the space in a two-bedroom condo in Chicago in the Rogers Park neighborhood, where it is close to Evanston, IL. The best of both worlds, suburbs and the big city. I am looking early for a roommate to fill by March 16, 2022 so please include your move-in date in your email. I’m looking for a kind, responsible and relatively clean and quiet person who is a Female professional, Female retired with a steady income or female student with a reliable income. Sorry, No pets or smoking allowed in the apartment. No live-in males or females with roommates.

Awesome amount of closet space. Lots of storage space. The room itself will not be furnished. Central air heat / AC unit can be taken in and out during season changes. You would share only the large kitchen and the bathroom as the living room is unfurnished.

The condo unit: The unit is on the third floor. The rent includes water, trash and washer/dryer usage in the monthly price. On site laundry facilities available. Easy parking on the street. Security deposit equal to one month’s rent is due upon move-in as well as first month’s rent. We have great neighbors in a nice quiet friendly building. The unit is in a great neighborhood, super close to CTA Howard Purple/Red line and bus stops as well as parks, Northwestern University, restaurants on Devon and the Lincolnwood Mall on McCormick.

Storage unit: We have an easily-accessible storage locker in a downstairs room in the basement area. It’s medium size and you’d be more than welcome to store a few things down there with some of the things I have in that space.(shared space).

I am looking to sublet the big room and the and the entire place to rent it out.
