The total monthly rent is $2300 for the apartment and does not include utilities. The additional utilities we share are: electric and internet/cable TV. Otherwise, the landlord pays for heat, hot water and cooking gas.

The large bedroom (offered to the potential roommate) measures 14 feet by 12 feet which provides room for a queen size bed, dresser, desk, nightstand and there are also two large closets in the bedroom. The bedroom windows are next to the garden and the landlord shares the outdoor space with all the tenants for no additional cost.

You would have to provide your own bedroom furnishings otherwise the living room is partially furnished.
