Waterview Road

My roommate is moving out at the end of our lease in October and I PREFERABLY need to find a roommate by August. The sooner the better, basically. I am open to finding someone closer to my lease renewal date.

The apartment is pretty spacious, has a living room, small dining room area, 1 full bath and a half bath. Laundry room is downstairs. Partially furnished in living room. I currently have the master bedroom so the second bedroom is what’s available.

You can bring a pet, but there is an additional fee. The area is also safe; is located in the West Chester area/Philly suburbs. Parking is easy to find; plenty of spaces in parking lots.

So what I’m looking for in a roommate - I would prefer non-smokers (don’t smoke myself), pets welcome, any gender is welcome, must be able to sign at least a 11 month lease, 12 month preferable. Being generally tidy and being able to pick up after yourself would be great. Also perfect for students - close to WCU campus.

Details - Rent would be 1267 for a 12 month lease, split evenly; so $633.50. Utilities and PECO not included. Have comcast internet and tv, about $80/month. Basically everything is split evenly, except if you bring a pet, which you would pay the pet fee. Cat fee is $35, dog fee is more, not sure on exact cost.

About me - I’m Sarah, moved here from Florida two years ago and have been living in West Chester for about a year now. I love all things Harry Potter and have a few tattoos. I’ve also had a great roommate this past year and hoping to find another one!
