Album here for house. Looking for roommate who is someone who is totally okay with being super Covid-careful. PREFER someone who is a professional, perhaps a bit of a shut-in, (think GAMER) who works from home for now due to Covid. This is a 3/1 with a shared bathroom. Woman - myself, (with senior mother staying here part-time for some medical appointments - she has her own space here, and this is not her primary residence) and family dog. We are progressive, non-religious left politically, and prefer someone who is liberal as well. We are LGBTQIA friendly, and all genders also welcome. You would have use of your room with portable (LG) AC, shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and front table on the front patio. New washer and dryer, fridge. Please no guests during pandemic. Myself, I am a professional working from home, and my mom is a cool lady in her 70’s who is disabled and is here part-time. The rest the time she lives in her home in San Diego. We are both VERY careful about COVID because my mother is very much at risk.
