Hello, I may have a good fit for you, if you like the country, it is outside of Oregon City about ~20 minutes between Beavercreek & Colton. It is quiet and peaceful, with neighbors who keep to themselves, and Cheaper as the monthly price includes all the utilities(electric, water, heat, garbage, fiber internet), We even have deer in the yard at times… We have a 4 bedroom, 2 bath house where two rooms are on one side of the house and between the other two rooms are the kitchen, dining and living room. We currently have one of the bedrooms rented out to a 50s female she is quiet, clean & friendly, and has been here a few months. The bedroom that is available is about 11’ square, has a large window for natural light, and has a large closet. The bathroom that is between the two bedrooms would only be used by you and the other renter. You would have full access to the washer/dryer, kitchen, fridge, microwave, dining room, living room, fiber Wi-Fi, and Utilities and the rental price includes all of this. The rent would be $700 per month and will prorate a partial month, no lease, $300.00 returnable deposit with a 30-day notice minus any damages, just a clean month-to-month rental. The place is in the country with nearby neighbors. There is plenty of parking and can provide pictures if you have an interest. The place is safer out in the country and we respect your property and privacy, there would only be a total of three people living in the house including you. The room is available now. The house was built in 2007 and is clean, kept clean(we all help with the cleaning), and in good repair. We do heat with wood unless it’s cold and then would heat with a central furnace. We prefer non-smokers and little to no perfume due to allergies. Other than that the place is quiet & relaxing. large back deck. On two acres of trees and lawn. The current tenant is in her 50’s and works. The owner is in his 60s enjoys the outdoors and is often gone during the summer enjoying the outdoors. during the winter, hobbies keep him busy out in a pole barn. Rules are minimal and are more about respecting each other, space, privacy, and quiet time 10pm to 8am. Clean up after yourself and shared common areas.
