Southeast 2nd Avenue

The name of the building is Monarc at Met 3. It’s a new building, opened about 1 year and 3 months ago. Room mate, has access to the gym, pool deck with BBQ and relax areas, Club room, spa, cinema room. Parking (Inside the building) is not included in rent, but can be added for an extra 100$ every month. Bills (Water, cable and electricity) are split by the room mates, about 150$ for everything. Apartment is fully furnished in the common areas, but you have to buy furniture for your room. I have preference on a male room mate but don’t mind having a girl, prefer a heterosexual room mate.
