We are 2 professional women who are looking for a third to rent the third bedroom! Our current roommate is getting married and moving out. (Yah for her, bad for us) The incoming roommate would share a bathroom with one of the other roommates. The bedroom for rent is 10 x 10 and has a huge closet. Water and sewage are part of the rent, with cable, electric and gas split 3 ways per month. We live on the 2nd floor and have a balcony, dishwasher, air conditioning, and a washer and dryer in the apartment. Everything is carpeted except the kitchen. Everyone is responsible for cleaning up after themselves. Security deposit is $150 and the credit check is $50.

Our apartment complex is beautiful and includes a gym, pool, volleyball area, playground and a clubhouse. The apartment is gated and includes a gate access card. We are 2 blocks from the 267 toll road, and close to 66, 50 and the Fairfax County Parkway. Across the street from the apartment is a Shoppers, Gold’s Gym, auto body shop, GoodWill, Starbucks, HomeGoods and several eateries.

One of the roommates has 2 cats. They are very affectionate and don’t scratch - they just beg for belly rubs! We hope that you’ll contact us!
