Jetland Place

Hi potential roomies. I'm Erin, a 26 year old aspiring musician who is in the restaurant business to pay the bills and pass the time. I work mostly nights, so if you live with me, chances are you'll have the apartment to yourself from 4pm to at least 10:30 pm. This gives you the full opportunity to enjoy the modern gas stove to cook yourself up something nice in the spacious kitchen or maybe take a bubble bath in our full size tub. The living room is adorned with a record player and a large leafy tree peaking in the windows. We have a brand new dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. I know right?!? Also sharing this space is Melvin (a.k.a. Senor Chubby Bird). He is an extremely friendly two year old cat who will greet you at the door with a warm welcome every time you come home. He is cute, I'm telling you, you'll love him. This space is in Black Rock adjacent to Fairfield Ave, so there is no shortage of good eats or fun times to be found within walking distance. Darts, live music, bbq, pizza, you name it, its across the street. The Fairfield Metro train station is only about a 15 minute walk if commuting is your thing. Should you choose to move in your bedroom will be unfurnished. It is large, there is currently a queen size bed and dresser occupying the space comfortably. There is also a closet with a hanging bar for your fancy shirts or dresses or whatever you're into. I do not partake, but I am 4/20 friendly if that's your jam. I'm neat, but not a clean freak. Ambiance and good vibes in this apartment are very important to me. There is a back door with a porch for sitting and feeling the breeze coming off the water from St. Mary's. We are also right behind Beverly's pizza, so it always smells delicious.
