The rent is around $1400 a month. You will have your own private bathroom, only downside is there are no windows in the room.

Ceilings are 12’, there is an in unit washer/dryer, water bill is determined by what the whole floor uses and electricity is based off what is used in the unit. Upon moving in, there is not going to be furniture in the common area, so if you have furniture you do not want to get rid of, feel free to bring it.

My name is Rikk and I’m looking for a chill housemate who is a femme/woman queer person of color, and is someone taking the precautions of COVID seriously but is still okay with me spending time with my girlfriend and a couple of her friends. I’m a queer person/woman of color myself. I work from home Monday-Friday from 10am-6pm, therefore I will not be around for most of the day. I like to sleep late, usually around 3am, but I will not make noise or cook once it gets too late unless the other person is still awake. I believe in making a bunch of noise when everyone in the household is finally awake, unless it is too late in the day.

I am respectful of boundaries and personal belongings. A very clean person who thinks chore charts are childish. I don’t have a problem with weed in the house.
