Full house privileges. You will have a full half of an large refrigerator and freezer. There is plenty of parking, pool and jacuzzi in the complex. Rent is month to month and includes utilities and wi-fi. (Note: There is no photo of the room yet because the current roommate will not be moved out until the end of the month)

We are a happy, easy-going older couple whose kids are grown and out of the house, so we are looking to rent our spare bedroom. We have 2 quiet well-behaved dogs.
