Home comes fully furnished and will also have common areas that include a cowork space, fitness room, and TV lounge room. Home will also come with shared use of Kayaks to take out to the river nearby. Rooms vary in price from $850 to $1100. Additional maintenance price of $150 per month includes, ongoing management company, all utilities, high speed internet, maintenance, and cleaning every month for the common areas. Rooms can come furnished or unfurnished. Furniture included is Queen size bed, end table and dressers per room.
