I am looking to rent out one of the bedrooms upstairs in my house. The house is located in North Austin in between 35 and Mopac. The upstairs has its own bathroom and common area. All bills come included in the price

I am working from home professional. I have a seven month old husky who is very friendly. A gate has been setup to prevent him from going upstairs. I enjoy watching movies or playing games. I usually host a board game night on the weekends. Definitely not into parties or the that sort of lifestyle.
