Room A is located downstairs has more privacy while Room B is located upstairs and is a second master. Also get your own fridge..no sharing! Located next to Cherry Creek Reservoir with tons of biking and walking trails. I have one garage spot available for an extra charge. Limited storage space available at no extra cost. Large shared kitchen and living room. Lots of cooking options (double oven, air fryer, induction cooktop, instapot, crockpot, grill, and cooking plow) to make dinnertime easy with multiple people. Long term renters and 28 years + preferred. Pricing is somewhat flexible for the right person.
