We are walking distance to the restaurants and park, and a short drive away from downtown Long Beach and second street. The house is centralized to most of Long Beach. The area is trendy and around other CSULB students.

The house has 3 rooms. One room is detached and has its own restroom. It is occupied by two females students from CSULB. The main house is currently occupied by a couple who also attends the school. 420 friendly, we have a schedule of taking turns cleaning the house. We are respectful and chill.
