I have a toy poodle who is house-trained, calm, quiet, friendly, hypoallergenic. I am a light smoker but smoking is not permitted anywhere within the apt. complex. Room for rent is Master bedroom, walk-in closet, private master bath with spacious bathroom closet. Phone jack, cable jack, internet provided. Bedroom locks with private key. Washer/Dryer in unit, daily trash pick-up, maintenance crew is friendly & available. I have lived in this unit since October 2016 & absolutely love the space and location. Entire complex is beautiful and well kept. Very pristine. Neighbors and leasing office staff very friendly. Includes outdoor pool with 2 large grills, fireplace, umbrella tables & chairs, chaise lounges, pool bathrooms. Complex also includes billiard & lounge room with big screen tv, great for get-togethers or just relaxing. Also includes fitness center, playground, car wash, dog park, dog wash, storage units, basketball court, all within the property. Gas station/convenience store on corner, hardware store/ plant nursery on the other corner. Within walking distance are several restaurants, Wal-mart, banks, department store, bus stops. Rent includes utilities and internet. Must pay for own cable box if you would like one in your room. Complex is gated by code. Great price, great location.
