I’m subletting a bedroom in my wonderful three bedroom, ground floor apartment in a beautiful modern brownstone apt in Bed Stuy, Brooklyn, with a huge garden in the backyard exclusive to this unit. There are two great roommates, one who is a modern dancer, and a second who is a media manager. This sublet comes with a furnished living room, kitchen. (Some of the decor has changed with roommates changing- but you can get an idea of the space in general!) Ten min walk to the J, M & G train lines. Blocks away from markets, restaurants, and shops. Great area!

One roommate is a very easy going modern dancer, who works at restaurants, and the other is a media guy. Both are very clean and tidy, respectful.
