Great location, beautiful and unique 3 bedroom mid century modern house with pool, Jacuzzi and large steam room. Front bedroom has private outside patio area and is next to steam room. Second bedroom has en-suite private bathroom. Located in gated community in Rancho Mirage.

This is not a party house. It is an adult gated community. Middle aged or retiree welcome. I prefer quiet, non drinker and non cigarette smokers. I am looking for one roommate with no children. This is more of a house share situation as you will enjoy all the perks this home has to offer, and only have one roommate….besides a dog and cat that also reside here. This home is an oasis!
