Pineridge Court

The house is on a cul de sac of a very quiet and safe neighborhood in chula vista, very close to Bonita Highschool. Has plenty of driveway space, RV parking, and a 3 car garage. There is a large backyard that is pretty empty right now. We recently bought the house a few months ago, and are looking for someone to occupy the extra bedroom that is 12x12 with sliding mirror closet doors . The bathroom is located outside the room, and will typically be only used by yourself since my parents and me have our own bathrooms.

I am a fourth year at SDSU, and my Parents are the other people living in the house. My dad is a retired navy veteran who is at home most of the time watching TV or working on his truck and my mom works as a food handler at the sheriffs county department typically from early morning to the afternoon. We are a Filipino household. We like to keep to ourselves most of the time so interaction is minimal.
